Car Conversation
We're driving home from playing at a friend's pool, and the following conversation occurs:
Me: Did you have fun playing, Ryan?
Ryan: Yeah...I got burps in my butt. (translation: I farted).
Go figure. He had me laughing, though trying to take it serious. After all, a bout of gas is no laughing matter.

Cloth diapers
I am going to be giving cloth diapers a try. After browsing multiple sites and different types, I am really excited to see if they are as wonderful as the reviews say. I hope I can keep the smell to a minimum, and will be trying my own remedies instead of the odor control spray that they sell. Good luck to me!

Insomniac Musings
Last night I watched a movie until about 12:30A.M. I had gotten into it, and couldn't just turn it off when Gracie went to sleep. So, after the movie, I was a bit wired, so I thought I would flip through the channels and see what else there was. Lo and Behold, one of my favorite movies of all time was on....Jack, starring Robin Williams. By the time I forced myself to turn off the TV, it was well after 2 am. But it got me to thinking...
I love my Dad so much. I know that seems random, but Robin Williams reminds me so much of Dad, in his mannerisms, his jokes, his voice impersonations. I had a nice little walk down memory lane, just thinking about how awesome my Dad is. Dad, I love you so much!
I've also noticed that at night, my list of to do's grows longer and longer, and seem possible to accomplish, until the morning when it is time to get up and actually do it, then the 3-4 hrs of sleep is not enough to do all that needs to be done. Perhaps soon, I will be on a good sleep cycle and can actually function outside of a cloud for awhile. Gracie is almost to the point of allowing me some sanity. For quite some time now, she has either been sleeping, eating, or screaming. She is slowly getting to where, when awake, I can actually get her to smile, as opposed to the constant screaming.
